RISE collaborates with universities on both R&D projects and hands-on training or internships focused on actual projects and products for students. By being selected for an internship, students get to know the team, our projects and increase their skills set while also doing research for their bachelor diploma, master thesis or for their PhD. Many of them choose to start their formal career at RISE. We also encourage capable engineers with appropriate skills to join us either on specific projects (see our open internships positions [RO]) or on long time collaborations.
